When payment is made, we immediately mail you a copy of the invoice, any credit card receipts, and rebate forms if applicable. Since we are a dealer of all the brands that we are selling, this is your proof of purchase which is all that is needed for warranty purposes.
We ship only brand new appliances with full factory warranty. Unless otherwise noted, all items will be shipped in their original unopened boxes. On the day of shipment, we put the items on a pallet and strap them down to help eliminate shipping damage.
They are labeled and loaded on a truck with a forklift. On the day that they are shipped we email you a tracking number so you can follow the shipment and know what day to expect it. When you receive the items, you will have the time to cut the band, raise the box, and inspect them for damage.
In the very unlikely event that there is damage, you will have the option to refuse the shipment or contact us to solve the problem. You do not have to pay extra for insurance. We will handle all damage claims that are found BEFORE signing for the items. It is very important that the items are inspected at the time they are received.
Returns will require authorization in advance. If an item needs to be returned because of our error, we will offer full refund and cover the freight. We try very hard to have all of our customers pleased with their purchase so returns are handled to the best of our ability on a case by case basis. Returns requested within a reasonable time period will usually cost 20% restocking fee and return freight. Appliances that have been hooked up or used will not be returnable. But we will always work hard for a solution to any situation.
